Pricing of IT management and support service is based on time, in man-days spent by the specialists of DGM to perform the services requested by our client.
At the beginning of the month the client prepays a certain amount – Retention fee. Depending on the prepaid amount, the client receives different discounts from our price list and different levels of guaranteed parameters of the service – reaction time, resolution time, etc. During the month our engineers perform solely pre-approved by the client services and at the end of the month the client receives a report on the time spent. If the amount of the services performed during the month exceeds the prepaid fee, the difference is paid with the pre-paid amount for the next month.
Terms can be renegotiated at any time according to the actual needs of the client!
