Personal Approach

Regardless of the scale or field of activities of the client, our starting point when we design and build a solution is to explore the individual business needs and to analyze and assess the existing system hardware and software, business applications and system operations. We use advanced tools, questionnaires and procedures to collect the needed information and we spend hundreds of hours per year to analyze it to be sure that we offer the most appropriate solution to our clients.

Each DGM client has personal Technical and Sales Account Manager. Our experts are always there in case clients need an expert advice or someone to take over the responsibility for some aspect their IT needs – to plan and manage a project, to design and implement a solution, to manage and support the IT infrastructure, etc.
